Onisis Villaroel is a Dance Workshop Leader & Costume Designer. She is based in the Wee Hub, a heritage and community pop up venue, run by THELMA, in the former derelict Debenham's. Onisis and her team create wonderful costumes for the Edinburgh Festival Carnival and Baila Venezuela events. She also teaches dancing classes and brings a vivacity to the place.... oh and feathers...lots of feathers!.
